He is definitely not trying to oversell any services. Cleaned all the debris out of my HVAC too. Very polite. He also pointed out some condensation on my furnace that he said was likely related to a chimney problem and recommended getting my chimney inspected. Very good guy. Do not waste your time with any other company."
