"We used VKB to do our Master bath, as well as half of our 2 full baths.We worked with Junior, Gail, and Calvin on the design team.They made the process of picking finishes and items very easy.They came up with a great design and were very good with following through with the implementation.They would come to check on the work once a week.Junior and Gail were very prompt in answering any questions or doubts either via text or phone calls.Polo was our project manager.His team would arrive on time and work till 6 pm.They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves.I would go over their work after they left every evening and any mistakes or snafus that were made were quickly rectified.Their customer service is impeccable, and they really aim to make the customer happy even after the project was completed and paid for.The estimated time frame was 4-6 weeks and the entire project was completed in 6 weeks.I would recommend VKB to anyone who wants their bathroom done and would use them again for any future remodeling projects."

"It went great! From start to finish. Rolando came to the house at an agreed upon time to get us started, doing a basic walk through and asking us if we were interested in moving forward to meet him at the showroom to pick out materials. We did - twice making changes to materials along the way. Once we picked materials, Rolando came back to the house to do official measurements and within a week he sent us a drawing and a price, which was inline with his estimate. To get on the schedule, we put down a deposit. At that time, he said were booking 3 weeks out and that the bathroom would basically take a week, depending on when the materials arrived. They stayed true to the time frame the best they could, as our medicine cabinet took longer to arrive then other materials; they left the old cabinet in place until the new one arrived as to minimize our inconvenience. His crew showed up every morning at a scheduled time and they even asked if they could come on a Saturday to finish up. They worked hard and were courteous. There were a few things we got wrong - I didn't like the paint color I chose and the hand sprayer for our shower was too big. No problem - his guys repainted and exchanged the hand sprayer. Before the final payment, Rolando came by to get a punch list of little items they needed to finish up and see how we liked everything. If I had to nit, I would say they could have vacuumed each night before they quit for the day. I am a neat freak and each night I did this and dusted in the bedroom so we could still sleep there until the bathroom was finished. I would highly recommend these guys and we would not hesitate to use them again."

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen? of Greater Fredericksburg provided excellent service and support throughout the entire remodeling process.  Steve Everett, the General Manager, planned and negotiated all aspects of the project from start to finish.  We were new to the process, so Steve explained all options and the implications of the various choices.  He made recommendations based upon the quality and durability of the options.  He regularly visited the work site to ensure excellent service.  At the final stages of the project Steve personally performed detail work, to address and resolve our concerns. 

All of his subcontractors were excellent.  They arrived on time, protected the interior of my home from any and all debris throughout the process, and were courteous and professional.  Initially the subcontractors laid down a plastic cover for dust protection.  They put floor runners in place between the work area and exit door.  These stayed in place throughout the project.  The subcontractors cleaned up and removed all debris.

 The contractor who handled installation of the shower valve, shower outlet, and handle bars checked with me regularly to ensure proper placement  of these items,  The tile people went a step above the contract requirements and put a corner seat in the shower for me!  The glass contractors explained out to properly care for the shower enclosure.

"I was given a window when the plumber would show up. They were actually early!!! (I have never had that happen before). He gave me a free estimate on the work (replacing a kitchen faucet) and it was reasonable. I already purchased the faucet, so he was able to complete the work right then. He is a professional job of things, explained everything, and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend them and use them again."

"My garbage disposal was nonfunctional and leaking. The other half of the sink was not leaking but its piping was apparently bad, upward incline after the trap. They showed up at the beginning of the 9-10am time window, quickly looked at the problem, and then were able to get the parts from Home Depot and do the replacement immediately. They tested both sinks for leaks and tested the disposal (wired wall switch). Dishwasher tube was connected to disposal but not tested (would have required running the dishwasher for a full cycle). Overall they were professional and courteous. Answered questions about pricing and why the extra piping work was needed. No significant mess left behind. Time taken ~2 hours total. Cost detail as follows: Replaced 1/2 hp garbage disposal (Insinkerator Badger 500) - $479 Replaced Two traps for dual sink drain - $200 Total - $679 The price is more than I had expected for this project as I had not anticipated the extra pipe work, but per google the sink trap replacement cost appears average. The Badger 500 is listed at $150 from Home Depot."
