The guys were courteous, profesional and above all else honest. We have an inherited hot tub left by the previous home owner, which had suffered freeze damage. They told me from the 18 years or so of doing this work, they had seen situations where the original problem get's fixed, but then after getting it up an running, other issues arise that aren't seen, and they were very candid on how the expense could be double what was started out with, noting that a new hot tub could end up being less expensive then the fix. Would certainly hire them again.
