"Fantastic service. This is the second time we've hired R & G Water Systems. Both times we had an issue in the middle of the night and they were able to send someone out first thing in the morning. The replacement took just over an hour by an experienced service technician. When completed he fully explained the operation of the battery backup. "I have an aerobic drip field. When I first contacted them to pump my tank for the first time since buying my house, they came out and spent an evening explaining my system to me - how it worked and what needed to be serviced. The wiring needed to be updated, the filters cleaned, and a float replaced. It was a family affair with a team of experts. They also stopped by to help me turn my blower back on when it was time (I was nervous about doing it correctly myself.) Great first impression of this company and will be sticking with them. "
