625 $169 for five (5) minutes of work seemed high to me. What was needed to remove the final portion of door-lock and handle assembly required the expertise and proper tool that I didn't have, and it was only about 5 minutes of work.
All United Locksmithtechnician Bob came out and was able to clean the pilot assembly up and get the equipment running. Our system is 18yrs old and we weren’t ready to replace it yet, so we are thankful he was able to get it running!
