"All three projects were expertly accomplished. I called Brian Golt of B.C.G Building Solutions because my gutters were leaking and flooding my basement, especially during heavy downpours. He came out the next day and discovered a major clog and the gutter and that the downspout was not positioned to correctly. He rectified both problems quickly and professionally. I was very pleased. He also followed up during the next downpour to assure that I had no other problems. I really appreciated that. The chimney Cap also had to be installed so that was another project. Brian also installed and customized a basement entry door and basement storm door, transforming it from shabby to spectacular! He is an outstanding craftsman. He is the best in his field. I have several projects scheduled with him that include kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I would recommend him to anyone, for any project!"

Ana booked the appointment quickly. On the day of, the work was carried out by Camillo, Juan, and Jesus. The worked diligently and quickly, completing the projects way ahead of schedule. I really liked that they made great effort to maintain the cleanliness of my home by wearing shoe covers, laying down plastic around the work sites, and cleaning up afterwards. Once the projects were completed, Camillo had me inspect each area and answered any questions I have. The team went above and beyond expectations. "Julio and his team did a wonderful "handyman"-type job for me. I highly recommend him and his company. Details: I recently purchased two specialized, folding fire-escape ladder systems from a company in New Jersey. But I needed someone local to install the devices on my house. They look like big downspouts, but when a user pulls a pin at the top, they fold out to sideways ladders that allow people to escape from upstairs windows. Julio came out to my home to watch the installation video that the fire-escape company had on their website, and then said "no problem" to install the ladders. He returned a couple of days later with a two-man crew, and they installed both ladders in about 5 hours. No muss, no fuss. He charged me $550, which I found fairly reasonable for a three-person crew for that amount of time--particularly since it was kind of an unusual installation job. During the job, Julio was faced with two or three minor complications, which he handled without any problems. I think that speaks well of his expertise as a handyman. Julio and his crew were exactly what I was looking for this kind of job."
