I have acted several times as a General Contractor on personal home improvement large projects, in New England and Florida. Blackstone Kitchen and Baths was brought in to remodel a master bath suite, two guests baths, and one laundry room area. My designs were used and materials and further suggestions were made by Joe, Fatima and staff. Joe and project managers kept on top of the trades and fulfilled the several items that needed tender loving care. We all know that a master bath happens to be a place where we spend much of our lives. Blackstone and team stayed on top of the work to make sure that the promises were fulfilled. I recommend these folks and promise their good communications to you for a successful completed job.

It was a great experience from the initial consultation to final walk-through. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. As with any major project, a couple of things came up but were quickly addressed and the process moved forward and finished ahead of schedule. I am one happy and forever a client of Blackstone. I highly recommend them to any considering a remodeling project. A++++++

Blackstone Kitchen & Bath provide a wonderful customer service experience from the initial estimation process throughout the product selection and the renovation. My finished kitchen far surpasses the dream kitchen I pictured in my mind’s eye. Junior Wizzart, Salesman assisted me with the product selection and kept me within my budget. Kadir, Project Manager, is very experienced in the renovation process and he shared his knowledge, expertise , and recommendations with me throughout the process since I was a novice in this area. Every Blackstone staff person and laborer who you interact with are professional and courteous. I have already recommended Blackstone Kitchen & Bath to family & friends. I will continue to do so. I am so happy with my new kitchen. Would I use Blackstone Kitchen & Bath for any future projects? YES! YES! YES!

I have been extremely disappointed with Blackstone and gave them the lowest rating for many reasons (discussed below). I am still very much puzzled by their positive reviews I chose Blackstone for our kitchen remodeling because of its very good online reviews. There is either something wrong with the review system, or I am the unlucky customer deemed not worth of their full attention. * The crew assigned to my project was a combination of sheer incompetence and a rush to finish by cutting all possible corners. The owner, Joe, seems to know how to do a good job, but he only checked on the project when we threatened to stop payments or take them to arbitration. * Their job planning was either very poor, or completely missing. Most of the times I could not find anybody at Blackstone who could tell me what the next step is, when will it start and when it will end. Many times I was told the crew would arrive between 8 and 9am, and they would only show up at noon or later. I was on the phone daily with them trying to find out what was going on. * Most of the materials they ordered were wrong. For example, they ordered the wrong floor tiles (outdoor instead of indoor tiles), the wrong size cabinets (24â deep instead of 12â deep), the wrong size windows, and the wrong size door which they had to reorder 4 times until they got the right size. * They were unable to handle nonstandard issues. I have an old house, built before the current building codes, and so some creative solutions had to be found. Blackstone was not able to do that, and I had to hire in parallel other consultants. * Their initial quote for the project did not include detailed information. The only details provided covered the floor tiles, wall tiles, countertop and cabinets, but there was no information on the rest, such as the type of windows, doors, and lights. When I asked for the details of the quote, to understand what each step encompasses, I was told it was too complex to write everything down. During the build, there were many additional costs, including for things that we had agreed on verbally. * A 1 ½ month project ended up taking almost 6 months. There was one part of the project that needed additional attention, and was not planned for initially, but the whole project still took an unreasonable amount of time.

We had our entire bathroom entirely demolished all the way down to the support beams and fully rebuilt (the house is old and needed a lot of repairs). The entire team was absolutely amazing from designing and planning (Junior), to the project getting done (Kadir was our PM, Tony and Paul were our electricians, and all the other guys who came in to do the tilework and plumbing - I am sorry I do not know their names but they were also awesome). This bathroom required an enormous amount of work and it came out absolutely beautiful. The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work and they truly desire that their customers are happy and expectations are exceeded with their work. I am already planning more projects with them, their work is not limited to bathroom and kitchen remodels, and I look forward to working with them again. The quality of their work is guaranteed and their prices are super reasonable (big plus).

Blackstone was amazing from the very beginning. They didn't have an aggressive sales pitch and really listened to what we wanted and what was in our budget. While in the showroom, they offered water, snacks, and Netflix to our young boys as the adults talked about the boring stuff. While in the showroom, they didn't push the most expensive product, but truly listened to us and stayed within our budget. Once the project started their team was always on time, communicated often, and did an amazing job. We highly recommend Blackstone for their professional staff and amazing craftsmanship. We especially liked our project manager Kadir, and our salesman, Junior. We will be using them again for our kitchen remodel!

Blackstone is a very professional company and their service and communication is unsurpassed! Eddie was the lead on the project and was very competent. Antonio was the amazing guy that did almost all of the demolition and construction of the bathroom. He was very patient and extremely neat. There are always unknown things that come up with remodeling projects and Antonio addressed them with calm and expertise. He came up with ideas that we didnâ t think of and they were on spot. I highly recommend Blackstone.

Blackstone completed a beautiful bathroom renovation for us. Junior helped us with our selections and ensured our vision was realized within our budget. Justin was our project manager for the construction and was incredibly professional, responsive and flexible to our needs. He ensured we knew what was planned for when and answered all of our (many) questions along the way, day or night. We did all of this in the middle of the pandemic and had two delays, both of which stemming from our familyâ s exposure. Justin and team found a way to work schedules where they were back on site at the first opportunity and adjusted plans to keep us as close to original schedule as possible. We found every team member who was onsite to be helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The end result is better than we could have hoped for! We highly recommend Blackstone and would absolutely use them again for future work.

They made sure it was done correctly and high quality. They worked with our ideas and created the best looking master bathroom I've ever seen including Pinterest. Everyone was friendly and attentive to our needs. The project came in on budget. We've done remodel on 7 houses and they are one of the best contractors. Highly recommend!

We had a complete bathroom remodel done. The project went smoothly from start to finish. Khalid was helpful in guiding our selections. Justin took over and managed the project once construction was ready to begin. Both were completely responsive to questions and concerns. Workers did a wonderful job of sealing off the construction area and thoroughly cleaning at the end of each work day. We are very happy with the results and hope to have Blackstone back when we remodel another bath.

They have completed the kitchen,all bathroom,flooring throughout the house, new fireplace,deck screened in porch. They have basicly gave us new house. There workers were very Super in all what they did for us.

We had a wonderful experience. Justin, the project manager, was on top of everything every step of the way. If we had a question or concern, he responded within the hour. The crew, headed by Walter, including Rosa, Marvin (tile), and Jose (painting) were very precise in their work. Each afternoon, before leaving, they cleaned up. When they finished, it was so nice to see that they also shared our joy in having a beautiful new bathroom.

BlackStone Kitchen and Bath did a great job finishing our basement. They completed the project within the dates provided upfront and communicated with us often so we knew what was happening next. The quality of their work was top notch and we would certainly use them again for other home improvement projects.

We used BlackStone Kitchen and Bath for an inside alteration project involving removing a couple of walls to turn three smaller rooms into a single living space. The project included installing new electrics, boxing hvac ducting, replacing the dry wall in one of the areas and installing new crown molding, chair-rail and skirting throughout to create a consistent look for the new space from the previous individual rooms. Project took five days and the team worked long days to ensure completion. Both the team leader (Walter) and Project Manager (Justin) were continually attentive to the details of the project and keen to ensure we were happy with the work as it was progressing and, of course, on completion. We are totally satisfied with the work done and the value-for-money in terms of both time and cost. Our thanks go to Demetre during the consultation process, Justin, Walter and the team and we would certainly invite BlackStone to consult on any future project

My partner and I chose Blackstone Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodeling project. We had received four other quotes from contractors and after much deliberation, we chose Blackstone. This group did not offer us the cheapest or the most expensive quote (they were more the "middle of the pack"), but we chose them because we felt they offered good value and were honest about required permits. In the beginning we worked with Joe - he worked on the design of our kitchen and we were pleased with the number of options he presented us, despite us feeling as though we knew what we wanted. Even though we had a plan in mind, we ended up choosing one of Joe's designs. We were pleased with the overall organization at the beginning of the process. The company uses buildertrend.com to manage and communicate with the customer about the project. It was easy to sign a contract with them and start the remodel. As the project continued, we worked with three other people - Justin (project manager), and Saul and Marcus (builders). We were extremely pleased with the quality of work by Saul and Marcus. Every day they came they were pleasant, respectful, and worked hard to get the job done. They were very professional and always left the house nice and clean after their days work. They were great about communicating any issues to us, and very willing to go above and beyond for us. I would recommend Saul and Marcus for your project! Joe and Justin's communication was quick and their responses were timely. We did however have issues during our project that had occurred more than once. We had a wrong cabinet ordered, resulting in a wait to re-order the correct one and to install it. Our backsplash was ordered incorrectly, and our cabinet hardware was also ordered incorrectly, causing a delay in this project. Justin was good about re-ordering supplies, but we did have to communicate our issues quite frequently about the erroneous ordering. We also had an issue with things not being done accurately - we were told by one manager that we could have a certain floor piece but another manager said we couldn't. When we decided not to do this, the floor slab was still ordered anyway. We had miscommunication about the electric work - it was a "he said this" and "the other guy said that" - no one spoke to us, the homeowners, before completing that part of the project. Overall here are our pro/cons: Pro: great workmanship, professional staff, Saul and Marcus were absolutely wonderful, project finished within time-frame presented, timely response from management when there was an issue Cons: a little costly, contract is very broad and costs are not broken down too much (aside from cabinetry, backsplash, faucet, and countertops) so there are some blurred lines when it comes to covering the cost of certain issues that popped up during our project, difficulties with getting the correct things ordered causing delay in project, some disjointed communications

Top to bottom kitchen remodel, Blackstone design maximized use of available space, as well as, suggesting elegant solutions to thorny design issues. Material selection was well presented and of high quality. The work began as scheduled, and never missed a day. Saul and Marcos attention to detail and flawless workmanship was extraordinary. Communication with Project Manager (ALP) involved a rapid response in all cases.The remodel work on entire project was complete in 3 1/2 weeks. We feel we received everything requested, and then some. Thank you to Blackstone.

Blackstone complete my first major renovation to my kitchen and I believe they exceeded expectations. I absolutely love the finish product and appreciate their design and recommendations. Our designer Julie gave us a design that we really like and maximize the use of the space. Justin Mason the project manager was great to work with. He kept us informed about the status of the project and was available whenever we had questions. Most importantly he was honest and upfront about any change orders to make sure we were comfortable with them before accepting them. Franklin and his crew who did the day to day work were great guys and really worked hard to make sure we had a quality project.
