At the end of the job, I heard Charles ask my husband if he was happy with his work. Then proceeded to say, if you are not happy with the outcome of my work, my job is not finished, I want you to be happy. My husband, and I are extremely happy with his workmanship, and that is saying a lot as my husband is very picky. He is new to the area, and looking to build clientele. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results.
