This was a smooth, seemless service. Rob knows his skills very well, did a great job on all items he worked on. I wanted this long to write a report, to make sure how things would hold up after the repairs. All holding strong after four months of use.

We had a good experience with this contractor. He arrived on-time for our estimate, spent time explaining our options and giving suggestions, sent the email quote in a timely manner. In order to cut some costs we eliminated some of our original ideas, then asked for an updated quote. We were happy with the price and then with the work. The work was done while we were away, so we don't know how that went. The the finished product looks great. Rob handled ordering all the needed materials, brought them with him and completed the job on time and as requested. His knowledge on doors and windows is what made us choose him, but he said he does all kinds of carpentry, so we will be using him again.

My dad was a carpenter, so I appreciate careful, clean, quality work. I can't say enough about the excellent job Mr Marcelle did for me. I will definitely use him again if I need any other work done, and highly recommend him.

We are very pleased with Rob's work.. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do to complete the job and how he was going to do it. He gave us a catalog and vendor website to use in picking the right door. The website had a door designer program to visualize how the new door would look on our house. He ordered it and installed it promptly and paid attention to detail. We were able to reach him through email or phone. We called him back once for some touch-up (some nail holes showing on the exterior trim and some dull spots on the exterior door paint) and he was there the next day to fix it up. I would recommend him and use him again.

Rob was a breath of fresh air after dealing with lesser contractors on a recent remodeling job, we really wish we had found this company earlier. While our projects were small carpentry projects, they involved costly special order materials and we found Rob to be extremely experienced, skilled and efficient. We truly preferred a professional to handle these items versus a handyman. What could have dragged on for a few days with another contractor Rob was able to knock out in a day's time in an expert fashion. His wife Sandy takes care of the scheduling and paperwork and is very responsive, friendly, and efficient as well. We understand that this company primarily does additions, decks and such, but we feel fortunate to have been squeezed in between their larger projects, and will definitely use them when it is time to do our bigger jobs and refer them in the meantime.
