Infinite Carpet Cleaning & RestorationWe have had Infinite Carpet to our home several times. They are professional, quick, prompt and reliable. Our carpets and upholstery has turned out beautiful! For carpet that is over 15 years old that says a lot! They removed an old RED stain from the carpet in our son’s bedroom. Also, We had a small patch of carpet missing from a puppy chewing and Ryan with Infinite Carpet was able to seamlessly patch the area! Squeaky Clean And DryJim called me the day before to confirm, Austin and Lee were on time and cheerful. Lee explained the process thoroughly and told me what to expect as far as drying time, etc. Offered me Scotchbrite type protection, but no pressure. They cleaned a large area rug, front porch wall to wall and wall to wall in an apartment on property. Would definitely use them again.- Sue F.

I set up an appointment immediately to have my carpets cleaned after a birthday party with children had left them dingy. They showed up on time, acted in a professional manner, explained what I could expect as a result and finished within a reasonable time frame. I was also surprised at how affordable they were! Oxi Fresh of Columbia Carpet CleaningVery pleased with this service and would recommend Oxy Fresh to anyone. We will use them again ourselves, as well. My initial call was answered by a person (not a call back process), appointment was easy to set up, received a text confirmation the night before, and Ken, the representative, showed up exactly on time and got to work right away. Our carpet needed an overall cleaning, and had several spots that required treatment. Additionally, our dining table area is on the wall-to-wall carpeting so it gets regular abuse. The cleaning was very effective and the spots are gone. Understandably, there were some areas that were wetter than others due to needing more elbow grease during cleaning but nothing out of the ordinary and we were able to fully use the condo within a couple hours from when Ken got started. Ken was very professional, explained what he was going to do and went over the results of the cleaning when he was finished. Couldn't ask for anything more.- Karen G.

Squeaky Clean And DryThey did an amazing job with the space. I had moved into this apartment with my dog about 7 months ago. My dog had been with me through several temporary moves, & had a hard time adjusting this last time. The situation is under control now, but the carpet really needed a good cleaning & deodorizing. I called several services, but really liked what Squeaky Clean had to say about the thoroughness of their service. Squeaky Clean And DryWe bought a house that needed cleaning to rid the carpets of the smells of the previous owner's dog (not urine smells thankfully!), and the deodorizer that they must have sprayed regularly. Lee assessed the job and gave us a quote. His morning allowed him to come over earlier than scheduled. He called ahead to see if that was ok with us (it was). He was personable and told cute and corny jokes while measuring the spaces for the quote. We then sat down as he described the process. When we asked about availability he called the owner right then to check the calendar. Timing of the job was important to us because we were keeping our furniture stored until the house was cleaned enough to put everything in. Lee and Jesse arrived on time, worked quickly. The odors were mitigated almost completely. We feel so much better about the rooms that they cleaned. Importantly I want to mention that Jim the owner was very responsive and professional on the he phone. After Lee had left I realized I had a question about the cleaner that they used. Jim phoned back with clear and descriptive information. I thought the entire process with all three of the men we worked with was positive and well worth the cost.- Betsy B.

H2O Pro is an outstanding company to work with. I received three quotes from contractors to do the work, and while H2O Pro wasn't the lowest, they provided the best value for the money spent. The crew was superb in all aspects of the project, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort, safety and satisfaction. The end product was beyond our expectations. The crawlspace is so pristine, it is actually a pleasure to go into. We've had two contractors go in there for other work since it was done, and they said what a pleasure it was and what a great job H2O Pro did.
