"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. They are a great company with lots of depth. They exceeded my expectations in every area."

"Excellent. This was a major remodel of a master bathroom. Walls were moved, a huge jacuzzi tub was taken out and everything was gutted. A larger shower was constructed and a stand alone bathtub replaced the jacuzzi tub. Daniel Frias was the project manager. He was very responsive, pleasant and ensured we were happy with the work. The crew chief, Juan was a perfectionist and did great work. He continuously asked us where and how we wanted items placed."

"We had a great experience with A R Crowell Plumbing! We knew the project of replacing our water main pipe would be expensive, but A R Crowell beat out the competition with their pricing! They even handled all the permits that were needed with the county. The day came and there were complications not originally foreseen, and the entire team handled it well. There was an additional charge for the new work, but that was already stipulated in the signed contract. No hidden fees, no trying to sell us a contract or things we did not need. We will definitely use them again! As a side note, I will say that the communication could improve in some areas, but I will honestly take a fair price with excellent staff and quality work over some slight confusion any day. I really didn’t know what I needed, and he helped me make selections, offering suggestions on good-quality materials that would work within my budget. Because we weren’t sure how extensive the damage would be until the work began, I needed a contractor who could be flexible as issues came up. "I have known Elohim for about 12 years. A friend of mine gave me his name when he rehabbed her investment property. At the time he installed a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, hardwood floors and painted the whole house on the inside. She was so happy so happy with his work and he charged her less than the original, formal agreement. Soon after that I needed to install a bathroom in a large room in my home. Elohim went to work on it. It took him about a week to complete the bathroom installation. I use the place as a guest room to this day. Last summer my room was leaking. Elohim and his crew replaced the old shingles and cleaned everything up. It took them a day to do it. Last fall one of my tenants in Hanover,MD passed away. They lived in the townhouse for 15 years. Elohim and his crew cleaned everything up, installed hardwood floors, painted the place, installed a deck. I rented the place to new tenants in about 3 weeks. Elohim is a very skilled electrician and plumber. The person who would engage him would be very fortunate."
