They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional. It's a great family business and I cannot recommend them highly enough!"

I accepted his bid of $1,500, but when he arrived, the contract that he wanted me to sign was for $2,000. I did not have a problem with the $2,000 price. He was very thorough and explained that the stucco failure was caused by improper drainage around the basement steps. He explained exactly how it would be fixed and what needed to done to correct the drainage problem. His crew showed on time on the scheduled date, did an excellent job and were very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the price, attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
