We had our front porch, steps and patio redone: old concrete demolished and removed, new concrete installed, with new stucco on the foundation, and white vinyl railings installed. They had to repair a concrete floor in a difficult location that required removing the broken concrete (reinforced with brick!) by hand and up a steep flight of stairs.
