"Outdoor Advantage did an amazing job with all three projects. They were punctual and professional, kept good open communication, advised us on all phases of the projects. The workmen were polite and accommodating. We had one issue with the stairs off the new deck which they promptly rectified. I would highly recommend Outdoor Advantage for any projects you might have similar to the ones they did for us."

"The work completed was excellent. They maintained clear and open communications with me from start to finish. They used quality materials. The worker/owner was professional, friendly and provided exemplary service. I was so pleased that I immediately recommended their services to family and friends."

"They replaced the decking on my deck and the stairs as well. They then came back after a couple of months and stained the deck. All work was very professional and done with pride of workmanship."

"I had G.I Sealing and Home Solutions replace my gutter system. The first contractor I called never showed up. When I called G.l Home, Isaac the owner came over the same day. We talked for a while, I never felt pressure to get the work done. The price felt right and I believed he was an honest broker. I even contracted him to paint the exterior of my basement wall. I was very satisfied with all the work that was performed. Christopher B."

"Brian and Joy are wonderful at Cornerstone! We have used them regularly on both of our homes. They are professional and provide excellent service both homes and decks are sparkling clean. Thank you so much Brian and Joy! Kind regards, Toni"

"Mr. Jerome called, emailed, and texted promptly. He arrived on time to give me a quote for the repairs of my front sidewalk. We scheduled an install day for Friday, and he stopped by a day early to neatly cut out the bad sections. On Friday the team arrived a bit early and got right to work. They were done within a few hours, and I'm very satisfied with the result."

"DVR was the best remodel work I have ever had. Did my upstairs, main floor and basement. The work was detailed and precise. Including new fireplace. Outside work included my pier, decks, stairs and paving work. They stand behind all their work as they responded quickly to any concerns I had. Price was by far the best I found. Lastly, they are good people too. That is what I liked the best."

"Initially, things went extremely well and I waited as long as I could before submitting the report in order to give them the opportunity to address an outstanding concern. I chose this provider because of the combination of reputation/price/scheduling. They were able to get the deck finished sooner than the other contractors. In fact, they were able finish before the contract date and we had use of the deck for labor day. However, there is a wobbly post that was brought to Marty's attention on 9/3. Not a major issue, and up to that point he had been very responsive so I didn't think too much about it when I gave him the final payment. He stated it was a 10 min fix and he would be by that next Tuesday to complete it. That week went by without a word so I called him and he promised that it would be complete by the next Wed. Not a word from him, so I sent him an email and he left me a voicemail stating it would be done the next Wed. Again, not a phone call/email, no communication. Essentially, I've had virtually no communication with Home Deck since they've received final payment. Being a sales professional myself, lack of communication is one of the fastest ways to erode customer confidence. This is a "10 min fix" and it's been almost a month. So naturally, there is concern that if there was a major issue with the deck, we'd be on our own. In their defense, they have stated that they stand by their work. We just haven't seen it in practice yet."
