Once the order was placed the administrative staff contacted me to coordinate the work which commenced within a very reasonable amount of time. "Outdoor Advantage did an amazing job with all three projects. They were punctual and professional, kept good open communication, advised us on all phases of the projects. The workmen were polite and accommodating. We had one issue with the stairs off the new deck which they promptly rectified. "DVR was the best remodel work I have ever had. Did my upstairs, main floor and basement. The work was detailed and precise. Including new fireplace. Outside work included my pier, decks, stairs and paving work. They stand behind all their work as they responded quickly to any concerns I had. Price was by far the best I found. Lastly, they are good people too. That is what I liked the best."

"Mr. Davis called within minutes of my service magic request. We arranged a date and time. He was on-time to do the estimate for a roof repair. I had gotten a roof inpsection prior to our meeting and Mr. Davis pointed out all the same issues before seeing the roof inspection report. That told me that he was very knowledgeable about roof repairs and wasnt trying to do work that wasnt needed. Work was done according to schedule and cost. I would use him again."
