After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! "I can't say enough good things about Isreal and Jurnae or sing their praises high enough. We had a badly damaged hardwood floor - there were pet stains and deep scratches. These two gentlemen worked tirelessly and finished job in two days. They are absolutely beautiful now and they match the stain with the existing floor exactly. It took two days only because the first coat of stain on the floor needed time dry before the next coat could go on. But wait - there's more! Having carpentry background, they also helped us out with finishing our crown molding - it is absolutely beautiful. Oh, and they also laid 750 square feet of vinyl snap flooring in our basement. They worked and worked and worked until they got the job done. One day - two men! Wow. Their prices are very reasonable. I am so glad we lucked out on these two men of many talents! "The sales person, Steve, did a good job understanding our needs. The quote was very straight forward to see each room's costs (i.e., removal, prep, refinishing). They provided some helpful FAQs to help understand the process. We also heard from other neighbors that used Elegant Floor Services and had wonderful experiences. The 3 person crew arrived promptly at 8:00am each morning and worked non-stop 8 hours each day. They were very polite, friendly, and wore face masks when necessary. The crew supervisor spoke English well enough to bring things to our attention or allow us to ask questions. I was also impressed with the crew's attention to detail especially in the rooms where we needed new wood floors added. Overall job took 8 calendar days of which the crew was at our house 7 days. My family and I stayed in the house during this period. Now that the work is done, no one would be able to tell the difference between the rooms refinished vs newly done. There is one common flooring throughout our main level! Next on our list is to have our upstairs wood floors refinished. We'll definitely be using Elegant Floor Services for that work! Thanks, Pat"

The installation crew was polite and informative they worked Friday night patching floor and Saturday and Sunday to complete the flooring work. Price was cheaper than expected. Hard to find the trifecta with most companies meaning Management, Workers and Office Personnel perform their work seamlessly. Stronghold flooring provides this performance!"
