They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! I know have the best house in the neighborhood. My neighbors tell me that all the time. My new front porch and back deck are my pride and joy; my slice of paradise here on earth. Overall, we experienced a lack of attention to detail and a lack of responsiveness that allowed for lapses in quality and mistakes in construction. The workmanship is merely adequate. We do not recommend VKB."
