"My wife and I needed to have security cameras installed within our town home, in order to monitor our new born daughter and her baby sitter. After speaking with the sales person (Nigel) and customer service representative (Renee) as well as a few of their previous satisfied customers, we decided to hire MSI to install one out door camera and two in door cameras. The work that was done by the technician Steve was down right perfect. MSI was very accommodating and understanding with our schedules as Steve needed to come out twice due to an issue that needed to be resolved with our HOA. Upon completion the technician answered our questions very clearly and even stayed around to make sure that every thing worked as we wanted all throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company and we are considering hiring them again to add additional cameras to our system in the future."

"In terms of how did it go well out of 1 to 10 it was a firm 10. The first technician that came out did an analysis of our game plan, his name is Dale. He was kind courteous and made me laugh! Melas Who actually came and installed the doorbell was again kind courteous and very thoughtful! So many times we’ve been disappointed with things like this and I am just so happy to say that all said and done I would hire them for anything! I also have to say that Lauren who help me with the scheduling was very accommodating and kind and made me feel like I was part of the Wilcox family! We always do 3 to 4 estimates before hiring for the job and Wilcox was a plus and every criteria that we usually do when looking for a contractor. Definitely worth them again!"

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."
