The work that was done by the technician Steve was down right perfect. MSI was very accommodating and understanding with our schedules as Steve needed to come out twice due to an issue that needed to be resolved with our HOA. "In terms of how did it go well out of 1 to 10 it was a firm 10. The first technician that came out did an analysis of our game plan, his name is Dale. He was kind courteous and made me laugh! Melas Who actually came and installed the doorbell was again kind courteous and very thoughtful! So many times we’ve been disappointed with things like this and I am just so happy to say that all said and done I would hire them for anything! I also have to say that Lauren who help me with the scheduling was very accommodating and kind and made me feel like I was part of the Wilcox family! We always do 3 to 4 estimates before hiring for the job and Wilcox was a plus and every criteria that we usually do when looking for a contractor. Definitely worth them again!"
