Nav is amazing. He set up a new laptop for my 93 year old mom. He picked it up at 2:00 pm and called me to say it was ready about 3 hours later. I am amazed how quickly he did it.

Naveet Gill transferred quickly and easily all information from my existing laptop to my new state-of-the- art laptop. He also set up a black & white and color printer. I highly recommend him for the easiest to most difficult computer tasks. He is more than qualified to handle the most challenging of computer issues.

Nav completed the job, and everything works as expected. Having said that, I think it s fair to mention that the job ended up taking more than twice as long as advertised (with him leaving my home after 1am 5 hrs was the time given). Furthermore commitments for callbacks and return times were not kept (which is unprofessional, bordering on disrespectful). Also, he caused some minor accidental damage to one of our walls, which to his credit he offered to repair, but in the interest of time I ended up doing myself. Nav is a really nice guy and seems to know his craft, but there is definitely room for improvement with time management, communication, and professionalism. For these reasons, I m not sure I d recommend him.

My hard drive crashed! Nav with Maryland Computer Repair took me right away and recovered my hard drive and had me back up and running within 24 hours!
