"I would not hesitate to recommend MSI to anyone needing to have security cameras or alarms installed in their home. They always arrived at the time that was specified which was 0830. On their first attempt to install the cameras it was raining profusely but they tried to install them anyway. However, at one point it became to dangerous and they had to stop and reschedule the installment. Nigel Frazier and his team are very professional and knowledgeable about the security system that they install. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and reliability."

"NWT was exactly what we needed. Our location was is a 120year old church, granite exterior, with both interior and exterior architectural restrictions that the normal installers I contacted did not want to proceed with. NWT has a great Facebook page that shows their previous work sites and that convinced me that they were the right contractor for us. NWT was not only able to provide us with the system we needed, but was able to do so within our budget restrictions. The crew was great to work with and their professionalism gave us the fit and finish I was looking for. If I had any questions or changes, they were only a phone call away. Their software specialist trained out staff in the operation of the multi-facetted system and is a call away if needed."
