We had to have our existing partially finished basement demolished so we could have french drains and a sump system put in, as well as a geothermal heating/cooling installation accomplished, after having an existing oil burning furnace and radiant heating system removed. The basement restoral project included plumbing and sink replacement, electrical and lighting efficiency upgrades, framing and drywall replacement, door replacements, flooring replacement, and a few decorative additions to give the space some character. The entire process: scoping, design, coordination, execution, and detailed wrap up was accomplished under a great leader and problem solver with highly credible and expert tradesman. Every day when Iâ m back in the house, I marvel on the professional job done. Three years later, Iâ m still getting positive feedback on the remodel. Recently, we noticed the bathroom wall had black mold. I called Chris and he immediately responded to troubleshoot. On a rainy night, he stood on my handrail to look for the leak. We found the problem was caused by water leaking from my neighborâ s roof after cutting a hole in the upstairs ceiling. After his crew, fixed the neighborâ s roof problem and the termite contractor did his work, the ceiling was patched and painted along with the bathroom wall. It looks brand new. Iâ m writing this review to relay that this is a contractor that you can trust even after the contract is completed."
