Get matched with top basement remodelers in Lothian, MD

"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"I am extremely satisfied with the work. My new floors are beautiful, they were laid with perfection. The workers were extremely courteous and polite. I will be hiring them again soon to complete the renovation on my home."

"We are ecstatic about how our basement renovation turned out! When my husband and I met Chris in March 2021, he was very professional and knowledgeable about what it would for our project. The cost estimate he provided was reasonable and we were able to stay in budget. His team was polite and had good work ethic. Chris was very engaged in the entire project and kept us aware of progress and delays. In addition to the project, they included a few other items that really helped us (I.e., electrical socket in the front of house, cable wiring in the living room for better signaling throughout the house)They did great work and we will be using their services for future projects! We would highly recommend The North Star Companies!"

"I love my basement now! They removed all of the asbestos flooring, adhesive etc. and installed my new floor in 2 days. The employees were very respectful and worked efficiently. They had said 3 days but they hustled and did it in 2."

"A&N have been wonderful! They did a great job on the bathroom remodel I needed done on a typical cramped 1950s style bathroom to make room for my mother with her walker. They were able to create so much more space and put in a beautiful walk in shower that works perfectly!"

"We recently had a kitchen and bath remodel done by Misha’s Home Improvement Inc. and they did such an amazing job creating our dream kitchen and bath! Their craftsmanship, professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional! Misha and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with! There are many choices out there for contractors to work with but we made the best choice when we chose to work with Misha! "This originally started to be just one bathroom. D&R Imporvements did such an absolutely excellent job, we ended up getting a bedroom, large den, foyer and home office completely redone. All of the work was completed on time and within budget. We have recommended D&R to friends and neighbors."

"I have been a home builder for 43 years. These guys are some of the best I have ever seen."
