"This company is nothing other than excellent. A bit pricey, but you only get what you play for - and I got plenty. On Saturday afternoon, I found out that I needed a complete sewer line replacement. By late Sunday afternoon, I had one! The crew had to dig down about 10 feet to remove the broken line and then had to tunnel under my patio to get to the cast iron pipe in order to connect the new line. After the installation, the dirt was replaced, the area was seeded and covered with straw, and the sidewalks and parking lot were sprayed clean. "We contacted Precision Remodeling regarding the renovation of our Master Bath. My husband and I were struggling to come up with a design that we both could live with. We were at a stalemate. Jamie Spencer came in and truly helped us design our new bath. He was the mediator -- the level head -- the professional. After some initial brainstorming, Jamie sent us to Reico in Timonium for our cabinet selection. There we met Howard Warfield, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened to our ideas, reviewed our bath layout, and came up with two workable designs. After we selected the best layout for us, Howard met us again to fine-tune the details. We then met Jamie at the tile store. I cannot tell you how many times hubby and I went tile shopping and came home more confused than ever. But one hour with Jamie and our tile selection was finalized. Precision Remodeling hired the electrician, the plumber, the granite installer, and the shower door glass installer -- all of whom were extremely well qualified, professional and reasonably priced. After we signed the contract and a start date was established, the project progressed like a well-oiled machine. Jamie was the foreman and he coordinated the remodel with all the workers and trades. Communication was constant. We knew what was being done when and who was coming. At the end of each day, we got a phone call with a progress report. All that being said, our project did encounter unforeseeable delays--clearly not anyone's fault (a broken box of tile that had to be reordered; a small knick in the cabinetry that was unacceptable; a scratch in the shower door framing). These slight imperfections were brought to our attention and remedied as promptly as possible. Precision Remodeling are true craftsmen and Jamie expected top notch workmanship from all the trades -- from his tile installer to the painter to all the other subs. My husband is very knowledgeable regarding construction methods and he wanted top quality work. Jamie and he got along beautifully -- they sang the same song and wanted the same net result. At the end, we got the master bath of our dreams. I highly recommend Jamie Spencer and Precision Remodeliing. "People don’t plan to have their water pipe burst. Seeing as it was -10 degrees today it’s no surprise ours did, despite every effort to make sure the water in the pipes were moving. I was at a doctors appt and walked in to water bursting out of the kitchen ceiling in buckets! My mother was looking where to turn off the main water with no success. When I got to it, water had been fishing for over 30 minutes! Oh, did I mention this occurred around noon today, which happens to be a Friday? My insurance said to see if I could get a plumber here today to expose the burst, take a pic to prove it’s due to a frozen pipe, then fix it. Of course I went straight to Angie’s List and saw this company was the highest rated near me and had great reviews. I called and spoke to the owner, Robert, and explained our situation. He was excellent! Knowing mine wasn’t the only pipe that burst, during this weather, I had no idea what their availability was. In spite of many similar issues, he made sure his guys could come over this afternoon. He was concerned about me having to wait for a water mitigation crew to come out and said he could take care of that too. Unfortunately, we’d already booked one with our insurance, who are coming out tomorrow. The guys came and they were WONDERFUL!!!! They went right to work, cutting open the drywall surrounding the bursted pipe. Took pictures for me so I could send it to my insurance company and fixed it in no time. They were perfect gentlemen. It didn’t take long to see how kind, down to earth, professional and mindful of my concerns. Ya know how uncomfortable it can be not knowing who is coming in your home. I felt so comfortable with them. Wound up joking around with them as though I’d known them for years. The two guys who came were Ivan Perez and E’Nedino Diaz. Not only did they fix the reason for which they came, they even fixed a few issues we had in our upstairs bathroom. They did so professionally and efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. To me they were angels with their wings and halo’s hidden. ?"
