When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. "VKB just finished extensive renovations of our kitchen and two bathrooms and we highly recommend them. There are so many choices to make when renovating. Just selecting the flooring, cabinets and wall paint to be color coordinated, the cabinet handles, shower heads, etc can be overwhelming. Amanda, our project designer was terrific in guiding us through the maze and has a superb eye for color. Jason the project manager kept on top of the work and was always checking up that we were satisfied with the quality of the work. Where there were Issues he had them quickly resolved. One thing to be aware of, replacing cheap cabinets with flexible semi-custom cabinets, over three inches in width in the drawer space are lost because of the hardware to make the shelf height adjustable."
