I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). "Wonderful. Honorable. My toilet was leaking and I needed the flange repaired/replaced. I was quoted a price that was lower than a another company but still high, I thought. When the techs fixed the toilet, they realized it wasn't as bad as they thought. The original quote was based on a worse case scenario kind of thing. They could have held me to the quote but actually only charged a little over 1/2 the original quote. I was really pleased. As a woman it is hard to find contractors you can trust.
