"My initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free."

Yes, installing wrought iron fencing will usually require a building permit, as do all types of fencing. Building permits for wrought iron fencing typically cost between $150 and $500, and the price will vary based on where you live and how much your local building department charges. You may also need to pay for a property survey if you’re installing wrought iron fencing on your property line. This type of survey can cost around $500, but it prevents issues with building on neighboring properties, which can be much more expensive in the long run.

Your dog might be able to slip underneath chewable, flexible fabric gate covers. When you have a wayward woofer, using wooden panels that come within an inch or two of the ground is the most secure option. You may need a metal defense barrier dug into the soil to keep your dog from digging under your fence or gate.

Generally, the height of your dog fence should be 3 times the distance from the ground to your dog’s shoulder. For most small breeds, a 4-foot high fence will be more than enough to keep them from jumping out. Medium-sized breeds like Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and German Shepherds will need at least a 5-6 foot fence to stay contained. You don't need gravel under metal fence posts, but it's always a good idea to add it in. Adding about six inches of gravel before you pour concrete will provide better water drainage, which can help to prolong the lifespan of your new fence and maximize its stability.
