Charged us $5000 to reseal concrete countertops in kitchen. Professed to be experts in this area. Looked good for 6 months then started to crack, peel and stain. Called company multiple times, they said they were busy but would do job when time permitted. Continued to put me off for 3 months then stopped responding to my inquiries. This company is a sham and absolutely does not stand by their work. They sound knowledgeable up front but they are not. Hire them at your peril and only if you want to be ripped off!

My illness makes it difficult for me to walk on uneven surfaces, especially with a baby, and I particularly wanted the new walkway in front of my house to be installed before snow became a problem. In my initial conversations with the very pleasant and helpful office manager, she expressed sympathy for my difficult situation and promised to expedite my request. We received a prompt initial response from John Oertel, quick and patient answers to my (numerous!) questions, and a speedy and very reasonable estimate. The installation was done within two weeks, enabling my new wrought iron stairs to be installed the day before Thanksgiving perfect timing! The installers did an excellent job of installing the walkway and the work site was immaculate when they left. We especially appreciate the fact that they widened the walkway without our having to ask. We are very pleased!
