The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. I was informed that this might be the case when we worked out the price, and then he demonstrated the need with by sending pictures throughout the process. The job was completed to the specified Standards, and the clean up did not just clean up the debris in the yard, but Roberto also cleaned up the debris that fell into the attic as they removed boards.
