"Keith was amazing. Once the initial supply line was moved and the disposal was fitted, the return line was too close to the disposal.. Keith again worked his magic and made the whole thing work. The interesting part was that he found that our plumbing was not to code before he started and he explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He definitely deserves an A+ when it comes to explaining the process to the home owner and for his creativity and determination to make the job work."

"Gleanoak plumbing was very professional and responded to the call and promptly showed up at the appointed time as a service call to clean out a clogged kitchen sink. We agreed upon the price of $275, which is steep, but this needed to be done and he seemed reputable - indeed he was both professional and prompt.
During the job, Gleanoak Plumbing was asked to look at the upstairs sink that I had shut off the hot water as there was a slow drip underneath the sink. He called me and stated that the nut was cracked and that was why it was dripping. If he wanted me to take care of it, he could, but the total cost of the job would sky-rocket to $700. This is price-gouging at it's finest. He was at our home for a total of 1h30 and charged a heckuva lot for a routine job.
Would NOT recommend this plumber on the basis of price-gouging.

"Very well! Mark and James arrived on the dot, completed the work within 3 hours, and left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. Even though the garbage disposal was broken, I was concerned about a little leak when I ran the dishwasher. So James inspected all of the hoses, and ran a quick dishwasher load to see that it was no longer leaking after the new installation. While he was doing that diagnostic, Mark fixed my flashlight. All the while they made recommendations to help me avoid expensive repairs in the future. Really great guys!"

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"These professionals were superb! They were highly skilled and did some “extras” for the set price. Our deck needed repairs and stabilizing. Their seasoned carpenter took care of it skillfully and quickly. Another professional in their group installed vinyl flooring in our basement;!it came out perfectly. They also did some other minor repairs and regrouted tiles in the bathroom. "There was something that was in the drain so that when water was going in one direction it would be fine but if there there was something down the disposal it would flip it and the it would have a clog and they cleared that. They were straight forward, they got the job done proficiently and professionally."

James tore out the old corner shower, pointed out the ways which the original builder cut corners, made mistakes and implemented our re-design which included expanding the shower out another 2' and making it completely open. Installed the difficult pebble floor and hand-cut every pebble at the edge to make a perfect joint with the base wall tile. All work was done to perfectionist standard. James was alway on time, communicated well and even jammed some extra hours in day to get the job done before my wife arrived home from vacation. All in all, excellent work."
