"Very easy to work with and excellent quality work. Wanted a Bradford White hot water heater to replace an old unit. Received quote and arranged installation via email. Scott arrived on time and completed the installation. Installation was clean and professional. I would highly recommend."

"Work: The owner is very professional and informative. Quality is good. No complains there.
Price: The owner is a talker!!! he tells you how difficult everything is in order to charge you more. I paid $1375 for what it turns out to be only about 2 hours of work! He charged me $675 for labor ONLY of installing sink and faucet, that is a ripe off! BE WARE of the jacked up price he is given you!! My sink was a drop in sink, with simple installation, and home depot installed my faucet for $100 service call before, so it is definitely not worth $675 just for labor to install those two items.

"Very well! Mark and James arrived on the dot, completed the work within 3 hours, and left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. Even though the garbage disposal was broken, I was concerned about a little leak when I ran the dishwasher. So James inspected all of the hoses, and ran a quick dishwasher load to see that it was no longer leaking after the new installation. While he was doing that diagnostic, Mark fixed my flashlight. All the while they made recommendations to help me avoid expensive repairs in the future. Really great guys!"

"We had Flood Crew out to help when our hot water heater broke. Bill and his crew were great! From the water remediation to installing a whole new floor in the basement, the crew took care of every step. These are some of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen! "Darren, the contractor, worked hard to help us with materials. He was responsive, polite, and experienced, and his crew was the happiest group of men we have ever had work on our home - which speaks volumes about company leadership. We are very pleased with the synthetic slate roof they installed. They started promptly after we signed the contract with two crews of men some days. Having the roof finished in a week was lovely. And it was very well done."

"There was something that was in the drain so that when water was going in one direction it would be fine but if there there was something down the disposal it would flip it and the it would have a clog and they cleared that. They were straight forward, they got the job done proficiently and professionally."
