"It was a completely positive experience in every respect. Gary arrived on time and patiently went through the house to try and diagnose the new and very frequent “ghost” water sounds throughout my house. Checking the area where water sounds could be originating from, Gary located a joint on my sump pump that had a leak and was causing the trap on the pump not to close completely resulting in the water sounds. He replaced the joint and installed a silent trap which is wonderful because the sump pump had gotten so loud over the years that it could be loud enough to keep someone awake! Then, he snaked out my kitchen sink that was backing up and now it’s draining better than ever. Gary was professional and very knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done and why. This is the first time I felt like only necessary work was being performed at a reasonable price. I will definitely call on Heil plumbing for all my future plumbing work."

"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. It was not a close ride but definitely worth it. The office staff and even the employees in the back with the stones could not have been more helpful. The "showroom" is really nice with lots of granite and quartz to choose from. I LOVE my new countertops, sinks, and faucet. The owner of the company came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate that was very reasonable when compared to the more well-known national companies that franchise locally. Intaller was very professional, put drop clothes down in all areas, removed debris, etc. Installation took a full day but it was apparent that the time was well-spent to do things right. Very happy with the end result and to have supported a local, family-owned company."

"Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs. They arrived on a very rainy day and covered all our floor with protection before starting. The sink was placed near the water pipe and a cabinet had to be moved. They moved the cabinet and installed the sink to a spot nearby. Removed boxes from that area and placed the cabinet there, next to the sink. They cleaned up and left the area spotless."

"James did multiple jobs for me after diagnosing the actual problem. Correcting the issue required james to replace part of an old pipe which could only be accessed through a ceiling. James not only fixed the plumbing issue, he completed the carpentry work and repaired the ceiling. He also replaced my shower floor and the tiles surrounding it. James also replaced faucets on my utility sink. James is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and a master of his craft. I highly recommend hiring him for your plumbing needs and wants."

"The kitchen drain was snaked but a vent and a clean out needed to be installed. The company that did my kitchen remodel did not do a good job. After they installed a vent and clean-out the line was snaked again. A few days later I noticed Water in another part of the house. It was a leak in the main stack. It seemed that the cast iron pipe had rusted and with the snaking, it developed a hole. My house was built in the 1920?s and this was the original stack. These plumbers were able to do it all and at a great price. Much, much less than I would have paid through some of the other plumbing companies. I will use these guys again and again. Everything was explained and I saw the problems with the pipes. I was impressed that they showed up when they said they would and if they were running a little late they would call. They are able to do the job quickly and effectively. They are and A+ in my book.

"Work:   The owner is very professional and informative.  Quality is good.  No complains there.
Price:  The owner is a talker!!!  he tells you how difficult everything is in order to charge you more.  I paid $1375 for what it turns out to be only about 2 hours of work!  He charged me $675 for labor ONLY of installing sink and faucet, that is a ripe off!  BE WARE of the jacked up price he is given you!!  My sink was a drop in sink, with simple installation, and home depot installed my faucet for $100 service call before, so it is definitely not worth $675 just for labor to install those two items.
