Third at the home they are very personable and answer all questions in detail. "Rob O'Donnell came in clutch for us when we found ourselves in a pinch doing a job out of our normal service area for a customer who had water damage to their home. It was after 4:00pm on a Friday afternoon and we needed to find someone to disconnect a gas stove so we could finish installation on Saturday. Needless to say, we were having trouble finding anyone who could help us out with such short notice. After leaving a message with O'Donnell's Plumbing we got a call shortly thereafter from Rob, who was willing to go out on Saturday morning to disconnect the gas line for us before another job he already had scheduled for the day. He also returned very promptly to get everything hooked back up. -- furthermore he was able to send an invoice by email and we were able to pay electronically! Very convenient and also eliminated the need to bother with mailing a check. -- Highly recommend O'Donnell's Plumbing!"

"I hired a plumber through HomeAdvisor using prepay but I would not recommend this service. The contractor left a leaky pipe that caused water coming up through carpet. I had to purchase a wet vacuum to dry out the carpet. I had to contact HomeAdvisor again and hired Dave the Plumber, LLC who had to redo the installation done previously. Dave the Plumber replaced all the piping and outside spigot because of a water leak the previous contractor left. Thank you Dave the Plumber for being a professional and a job well done."
