"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional, uncommunicative, unreliable and clearly not trustworthy. My experience currently has been a complete waste of time, money and emotional energy. Dr. CLARICE BROWN "

We have completed many different types of projects from custom homes to demolition. From the ground up we complete majority of the work in house, from obtaining the necessary permits to 100 percent completion and satisfaction. This means that when you hire us, it is us who is working on your project. Of course we use licensed contractors for all of our electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs and we also work side by side with them ensuring the project moves along smoothly.
