We specialize in the construction of garages and additions. We have been in the construction industry our entire lives. We have completed many different types of projects from custom homes to demolition. We spent many years tackling all sorts of projects and found that we excel and enjoy the building of garages and additions the most. From the ground up we complete majority of the work in house, from obtaining the necessary permits to 100 percent completion and satisfaction. This means that when you hire us, it is us who is working on your project. Of course we use licensed contractors for all of our electrical, plumbing and HVAC needs and we also work side by side with them ensuring the project moves along smoothly. We work within all budgets and constraints to achieve your goal. So, if you are looking to expand your existing home or build that dream garage we are ready to get to work!

In addition to our in-house woodworking shops, allowing us to take customization to a whole new level. Our full-service capabilities — including CAD and 3-D space planning, color schedules, custom design and fabrication of furniture, contract grade furniture, cabinets and built-ins — mean we can turn any vision into reality.
"Chris Zoltan is the real deal. He is immensely talented and knows what he is doing. I was very nervous throughout the process. The final product by Zoltan Design was striking and distinctive. There were some glitches. For example, the dining chair heights are a bit too low for the dining table. But, overall, I love my living room and dining room space. If you are looking for inexpensive design, this is not the firm for you. Be ready to spend top dollar. If you are looking for quality, vision, and distinctiveness, than you will be satisfied with Zoltan Design."
