"Initially very responsive on the initial quote, and extremely competitive on the price. However, after our project got more complicated (we needed a custom gate solution), things went downhill. From then on, we ran into issues as the materials took weeks longer than they promised to arrive, they were not good at communicating with us on the continually sliding delivery times, and then there were issues with the installation that required substantial rework. Carlos is friendly, honest, cooperative, hardworking, and committed to providing a good solution. I would use them again for simple jobs, but would not recommend them for anything that is custom or complicated."

"ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! These guys have saved my hide in many a broken gate situation. I am in an industrial building that has an older set of gates and have needed repairs after delivery accidents and just general wear and tear. Their prices are fair and they have not disappointed on the quality of work done. I will be calling them for all my future gate repairs as well as when I want to put up a whole new fancy gate system."

"They contacted me right away, and came out on my schedule. He aligned my sensors, and lubricated all the moving parts.  He made recommendations for additional parts/repairs, but was not "pushy" about it. "

"The company did a great job cleaning the chimney and inspecting everything.  Very professional, but the repairs sounded very pricey so we got other estimates and had it done for less.  I would use them again to clean my chimney.
