All done without any drywall damage, no holes to repair. One estimate I got told me they would have to put 4 or 5 holes in my Family Room ceiling because the attic only extended halfway above the Family Room. He went out of his way to prepare the wood surface by removing old caulk and sanding so that I would have minimal paint touch up to do later. He even asked for paper towels to clean the new light!
