"I was in a bit of a hurry since I had a drywall guy waiting, and Tim Kyle was able to send a guy out the same afternoon to complete what turned out to be a 3 hour job to address the safety concerns with the wiring, install two new recessed lighting "cans" and the 3 way switch. The technician was friendly, professional and showed up early and stayed to finish the job until a little after 5pm. Pricing is very transparent, provided up front, but also fairly high. It was worth paying more for getting the problem solved the same day. However, I would be inclined to shop around if I had a bigger job or one with less urgency."

"Call Chesapeake Energy Solutions after having the fire department at my house early in the morning for something over heating and causing smoke to fill my house. the fire department recommend that I replace both lights in my kitchen and considering the smoke detectors did go off that morning I replaced them as well. I talked to Ryan at 8 am to see if he could get someone out that morning. he told me he was pretty booked in the morning but someone would be there around 5 pm. Everything went perfect. Clinton the electrician arrived earlier than was expect, and performed the work in about 2 hours. Very nice guy who explained the difference between my old lights and the new ones that were installed. Clinton was very responsive to any questions I had about the products installed. Received a phone call from Ryan the owner today, seeing how everything went and if there was anything else that he could be a help with. Responsible company- did not charge for a follow up call. Realized it was part of the same problem."

"The generator didn't function for a while. It turned out to be an internal connection issue. They were difficult to deal with regarding this problem. They just walked away after the install and the subsequent visits. This went on for a month. They'd come back out, get it working, and it would fail. They also sold us a cold weather kit that I didn't anticipate buying, and they said that this kit was causing the issue. Finally, a tech took the entire morning to resolve our issue. He found that there was a wire not plugged in. After he plugged it in, everything was fine."
