"Went generally well. Steve in his father did a nice job with dedicated line for above range microwave, as well as installing the wall cabinet and microwave. Also they were friendly and helpful on some patching tips and info of outlet boxes. I did contact the owner a few weeks later as the internal venting fan was not in the right position to be venting ainternally above microwave. He quickly sent tow men out at no charge to remedy. Holes made for fan, dedicated line, and for bathroom fan and switch were "tight" and easy to repair for painting. Only shortcoming to work was the venting for upstairs bathroom fan into attic. Service person just ran venting pipe over to area in attic where proper venting was not workable---fascia board and roof area with half-moon gutter on outside. This will have to be redone for proper venting. In all honesty, this homeowner's materials and plans were unrealistic-- given the small bathroom fan and the initial length of the long run of venting pipe---25ft to the outside attic vent in the middle of my attic."

He did all the jobs I outlined and left with everything working. He was cooperative in pointing the kitchen track lights where I wanted the to shine. He then looked at the plumbing job (vanity install) and realized that the vanity I bought wasn't a feasible option because of the direction of my pipes (to the side and not the back) therefore needing to go right through the drawers! He cleaned up his dust and debris well, Satisfied with his cost which really should have been higher when I thought about it later. "Call Chesapeake Energy Solutions after having the fire department at my house early in the morning for something over heating and causing smoke to fill my house. the fire department recommend that I replace both lights in my kitchen and considering the smoke detectors did go off that morning I replaced them as well. I talked to Ryan at 8 am to see if he could get someone out that morning. he told me he was pretty booked in the morning but someone would be there around 5 pm. Everything went perfect. Clinton the electrician arrived earlier than was expect, and performed the work in about 2 hours. Very nice guy who explained the difference between my old lights and the new ones that were installed. Clinton was very responsive to any questions I had about the products installed. Received a phone call from Ryan the owner today, seeing how everything went and if there was anything else that he could be a help with. Customer Service is something I'm big on and Chesapeake Energy Solution hit on all my bench marks. A 5 Star company. Thank you Chesapeake Energy Solutions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Very good- problem solved but socket in fixture was not possible to be repaired- tech recommended new fixture telling me it was not cost effective to take it down and rewire- we followed his advice. Responsible company- did not charge for a follow up call. Realized it was part of the same problem."

"Both installers showed up on time and completed 95 percent of the work in a single day.  They did what I believe to be minimal damage to drywall -- only three holes, one of them in a closet and not noticeable.  Everything worked fine.  They had to return to tack a TIVO mini to the wall behind the mounted bedroom TV only because the Mini had not been delivered when they first arrived.  They kindly made a second trip and took about five minutes to install the Mini out of sight.

Their estimate was never varied, despite the fact they encountered some relatively abnormal difficulties accessing and pulling the cables through walls with very narrow access in a 55 year old townhouse.

Their estimate also was one-third that of another company that I had come to the house.  Also, the other company representative seemed confused and challenged by the work, which may be why he provided a substantially higher estimate.  AASV folks seemed unfazed by the job."

"It was very easy to work with Joe to finalize a quote and get the job scheduled. Once onsite, Carlos and his colleague knew exactly what to do and how to run the new electric circuit across the house from the electrical panel to the garage. The installed the EV charger we had purchased separately exactly how we wanted it. Everything worked perfectly. They even went the extra mile to come back and patch the garage drywall where they had made a few holes to run the cable even though it was not included in the job initially. Overall very happy with both the price we paid and the quality of the work. Will hire again for any electrical work we'll need."
