His employee called prior to visit to let me know he when he would arrive. The employee arrived on time, replaced the old switch and installed in a new switch. They charge by the hour and there was still time left over, so I was able to have him check on some other electrical issues. He gave me his assessment the issues and his recommendation for the products I needed. He also worked with the owner to offer me a discount when I was ready to get those items installed.
