"Both installers showed up on time and completed 95 percent of the work in a single day.  They did what I believe to be minimal damage to drywall -- only three holes, one of them in a closet and not noticeable.  Everything worked fine.  They had to return to tack a TIVO mini to the wall behind the mounted bedroom TV only because the Mini had not been delivered when they first arrived.  They kindly made a second trip and took about five minutes to install the Mini out of sight.

Their estimate also was one-third that of another company that I had come to the house.  Also, the other company representative seemed confused and challenged by the work, which may be why he provided a substantially higher estimate.  AASV folks seemed unfazed by the job."

They just walked away after the install and the subsequent visits. This went on for a month. They'd come back out, get it working, and it would fail. They also sold us a cold weather kit that I didn't anticipate buying, and they said that this kit was causing the issue. Finally, a tech took the entire morning to resolve our issue. He found that there was a wire not plugged in. After he plugged it in, everything was fine."
