"About three months ago, I purchased a blown glass lamp shade suspended on a wrought iron pendant. As originally installed, the light hung down 30". Owner refused to pay the extra $195 and the realtor had to pay it. Electrician also didn't replace two regular recessed light bulbs and the realtor would have to buy the light bulbs from Home Depot and installed himself."
