"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. "While they were not inexpensive, they were quite responsive and lived up to their commitments to being here when they said they would be.  There were a few fine-tuning items that needed to be handled from the initial installation as we were waiting for ProVia to roll out a newer version of the door.  Ultimately, it turned out very well and they were very proactive at informing us of a better product that was being rolled out.  Bethany Scanlon, the head sales rep, in particular was great to work with and with providing us with updates and with coordinating final adjustments. They were very flexible with us and allowed us to wait up to a year to install the door."
