Mostly good.  Painted exterior decorative trim when it was too cold so it didn't cure adequately.  Also, the exterior trim was not primed prior to painting.  Contractor said the trim was primed by the manufacturer....not true.  A few months after the install, the trim started to bulge again at the bottom due to water penetration (this was supposed to be fixed) and paint started peeling off the trim.  Since they weren't responsive to fix it the right way (sand, prime and repaint) In Nov of 2015 I spent $400 to have a painting contractor redo the priming and painting of the exterior trim....this contractor confirmed my suspicions that the trim was not primed at the manufacturer's plant and Adam contracting did not prime it.  There were other minor issues with door fit, gaps that had to be sealed due to inadequate door alignment, etc.  So he got the job done in a timely manner, but not as well as I would have liked.  His price was competitive with others and less than some, so I guess you get what you pay for.

"We had a windowsill with wood rot in our living room. It's a casement window with a deep sill and the previous owners of the home had set a bunch of potted plants there and let the water run over when they watered them. We were able to clean the water stains up but the wood rot damage was done. The carpenter did a great job. Even the edge of the wood he used matches the other windows perfectly, which I didn't think they'd be able to do. He also painted it perfectly with our touch-up paint and now you can't even tell there was a problem with the window sill. This is after multiple window companies told us we'd have to replace the entire window! JW saved us a ton of time and money with this deal.

"We called and got an estimate within 24 hours. The workers arrived punctually on the day of the appointment for the work and started where we asked them. One fixed the roof while the other prepped the house for the wash. Five hours later they had finished the pressurewashing and cleaned up to leave.
The house looks great. The roof is fixed. None of the many plants which surround my house were injured. The last pressurewashing contractor I hired spent two days and destroyed some of my gardens.
We are definitely calling Vazquez and Sons again when we need more work.
