Joe showed up the same day. He charged a fair price and was able to accomplish more than I thought was possible in the timeframe given. I was very pleased with my front yard. He knew my mother in law was coming- so he made sure to make my yard MIL-approved. She complimented our landscaping!

Joe was very knowledgeable about the various trees and shrubs in my yard. He gave me excellent tips on caring for them . He was prompt at getting back to me and was able to complete the work in the time frame that I needed. My yard looks wonderful!

Springwood Gardens response time to come to my home to give me an estimate was quick. I hired them and they did a very good job removing my poison ivy. In addition, they trimmed a bush for me and hauled all the poison ivy and debris away. The owner was very pleasant and the price for the job was very reasonable. Overall, the job was well done.

Alexander was very nice and charged $147 to replace the locking mechanism, which broke, in our dishwasher. You must pay $75 for an initial visit, but that cost goes away if you end up using them for your repair. Another place I checked was far more expensive.

Joe was very communicative, professional, and understanding. He came out to look at my yard and started the same day. His team were friendly and fast. They did a great job getting my yard together. I love that every time I step out it looks great, and I love my new grass. I would definitely hire them for again. Thanks!

Joe Gibbs did an excellent job cleaning up my backyard. The backyard was full of dead bamboo, large branches and tree debris. The price was fair and the job performed was excellent. I would give Joe 5 Stars for the job he completed and will hire an him again.

Stay far away from joe Gibbs. he has my $6500 deposit for my fence and another $9,000 deposit for a retaining wall and he has disappeared with my money and cannot be found. he used a few planks in my backyard as retaining wall and left. he called and asked me for another $3,000 for the fence, stating he spent my money and needed it to buy materials. our contract was $12,500. $6,500 deposit, half way done $3,000 and finished $3,000. deal with him at your own risk. he uses one customers money to complete jobs he was already paid for and did not finish. I have receipts and pictures and I am submitting them everywhere I can. he is a fraudstar and I will get my money back, somehow. he should not be a contractor on any site. he makes the good contractors look bad.

Extremely unresponsive and does not address the customer concern. You pay him the money and then he does not come to do the job.

Springwood Gardens and Landscape worked together as a team. They arrived on time and got right to work! They cleaned up the leaves, bagged them and hauled them away. Also, they cleaned our gutters. We will recommend them to our neighbors.

I contacted this company and was very pleased with the job Joseph Gibbs and his workers did. He performed the work promptly and gave a competitive price, the yard looked great afterwards and he even noted another area of need that I had been thinking about previously. He even left a gift at the end! I will use Springwood Gardens again and would highly recommend them!

Mr. Gibbs and his crew did an excellent job cleaning my front yard. They removed all the fallen leaves in the flower bed and on the lawn. All of the leaves that were blown around was cleaned and the area left in excellent condition. He answered all my questions in a professional manner. I am considering hiring his crew to maintain my lawn in the spring of 2022.

Owner was prompt & proactive in communicating with me. My immediate yard cleanup need was mostly addressed immediately, within a couple of hours; the remaining piece (hauling away) was finished up a couple days later exactly as planned. The crew did a much more thorough job removing bushes and removing vines from the walls than companies I have hired previously.

Springwood Gardens & Landscapes did an excellent job on my yard, from cleaning up a boatload of leaves to mowing and edging, and weeding and tidying my garden bed. Joe Gibbs was personable and professional, and his crew did a great job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been struggling with an overgrown front yard for several years. Since the death of my husband serval years ago, I have really been at a loss with tending to my yard (except as to planting beautiful flowers). I have hired other landscapers, but I have not been satisfied. Well, that ended today -- ENTER JOE GIBBS. I noticed the great work he had directed at a house in my neighborhood. I didn't know the owners, but I went right up to their door to inquire about the work. I told Mr. Gibbs that I wanted the sharp and detailed look that my neighbors had gotten. Within two hours I had it. Unbelievable!!! I have never been so happy with any landscaping as I was today. Truly! I'm not a techy, and I never do online reviews, but today is a welcomed exception. I was very satisfied with the work done by Mr. Gibbs and his team at Springwood Gardens and Landscape. When he arrived to give an estimate for the job, he not only provided a quote but took time to survey my property offering tips for maintaining healthy shrubs and plants. He also gave suggestions for other landscaping ideas I had in mind. He was unhurried and thorough in this assessment of what needed to be done. I look forward to using them again to handle other landscaping needs.

This is a great company that I highly recommend! Mr. Gibbs was professional and very knowledgeable. I initially contacted him for lawn mowing service, but he noticed a number of other small yard-related items that needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable price quote. He returned promptly the same day and quickly completed all the work and then some. My lawn looks great. Mr. Gibbs and his assistant also trimmed a tree and bushes in front of my house, cleared away vines, and removed plants that had planted themselves. He also provides a number of other services, and I am going to use this company for some wood repairs and continue with yard projects.

I put in a request at 7 am on a Saturday morning and Joe called me at 9 am. He was at my house by 10. He was really nice and very realistic. He gave me my quote and the job was finished a few hours later. Incredible! I was in a terrible situation because I had hired another lawn care service AND paid them and they never showed up. Joe was very understanding. He took his time talking with me and also offered to do a few things he saw I needed. I will be working by with them in the future and highly recommend you do too.
