"Sliding door unable to move for years. Dexter was the only technician that came and was able to repair. He fixed some damaged wood. Change rollers and made a few adjustments. The door felt like new. Very professional, communicated thoroughly and got the job done. We have some window work to do and we will be having him back to do the work. I can’t forgot to mention his prices are better than every company I’ve ever had out to my home"

Overall, was very pleased with the work done and will use them again. Items fixed: Installed door sweep for the front entryway. Works fine. Took care of the draft. Replaced screen on porch door, and also stabilized the door frame. Working great."

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

"They were on time, efficient, pleasant and responsible. They made a mistake and fixed it, then pointed out where the wood was rotting and were able to repair it immediately. I was so pleased I asked them to paint the soffits, etc. and I plan to use them again in the spring to repair some other items. I also referred them to several friends. He was the only tinting company I actually got a call back from the first day, and worked hard to provide incredible services within my tight window (no pun intended!). Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible, and the installer Mike was very talented and punctual. Bob warned of a potential for small cracks between the window and the tint but you would have thought the tint was a part of the actual window. I would hire them 100x over and cannot recommend them enough."
