"Dean Heating and Air Conditioning provide exceptional service and I do not give compliments unless service providers earn it and Dean did! We have an old home which we are painfully remodeling. Dean installed central air and did a super job. He was efficient and the price was fair. My husband said we would do a bump out of the wall for the return but when I saw it, I did not like it. Mike was right on it and ran the ductwork behind the wall. It turned out beautiful. He then went a step above and fixed a split system we had installed by someone else. It was not cooling because the guy who installed it did not do it properly and the freon leaked out. Mike Dean is my go-to guy for ALL things heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend him, you will not regret it!"

"My AC was blowing but not cold. Had McCrea stickers on my unit. Looked up in local phone book and called. Had an appointment 2 days later. Tech (Mario Cieza) called in the specified timeframe, 30 min before arrival. Tech was polite and direct to troubleshooting. I had AC issues 3 years ago and it was a bad compressor capacitor. Mario after troubleshooting diagnosed that the same capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor, checked and topped off the coolant, and cleaned the blower exterior. The quoted repair price was reasonable ($237). I was happy with the service response, professionalism and price."

The service technician, Tim was punctual, professional and a diligent worker. He took care of both units, installed an air scrubber and leveled our outside unit. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."
