"Michael installed a new AC and Gas Heater in my home this summer and it's working great. He is very professional, knows his stuff, works hard and clearly takes pride in his work. Also, hes a good guy. I lost a baby chicken under a staircase and he was willing to take it apart to retrieve the chick. Luckily the chick popped out and Michael grabbed the little bird. I would highly recommend Deans Heating and Air Conditioning. Update - 11/24. Michael promised a visit this fall to check on the heater. As promised, he showed up and did a check on the heating and all was working great."

She explained what went wrong and also showed me how to maintain some things through my routine maintenance. My service call involved a charge as it was Service, labor plus Freon to be added to my unit and the outside unit's battery. Since I have a contract with McCrea, I was not charged for the part that was to be replaced on my unit. My house is slowly cooling down as it was 90 degrees inside my home when she arrived this morning. My house lost the air conditioning on the Fourth of July and on a very hot day. "There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."
