"Brothers Pavers was very easy to work with. They gave us an estimate within 24 hours of viewing the job and were able to adjust according to some changes we wanted made after. David and Jose were always available for any questions and kept us up to date while our Nicolock paver product was on order. The patio they built is beautiful and was was completed in 1.5 days. The team did a great job leveling out the space and making sure the foundation of the patio was well done before laying the pavers. "I found Phil via HomeAdvisor and requested a quote for a project we had. Within minutes of requesting a quote, Phil called me and set up an in-person consult! We had an interesting situation where the previous owners built a 'patio' that was out of code and needed immediate removal. Phil worked hard to get us an extremely reasonable price for removal and an exceptional price for building a composite deck from scratch. My husband and I greatly appreciated how he could give us a quote on the spot and allow us to play around with the number for each square foot to create the perfect deck for our needs. He is beyond responsive and patient. He worked quickly to have permits and HOA documents ready to us much faster than anticipated! We cannot say enough great things about Phil and his Crew! Removal was smooth and well thought out. The man working the excavator was very sweet and allowed my little one to get up close to the equipment before starting, often times waving to him in the window while he worked! The crew who built the deck are true craftsmen! Jeremiah takes great pride in his work and it shows. They worked tirelessly to ensure every measurement was perfect and that the end product was exactly what we were looking for. They were courteous to us, our property, our dog, and my family. Again, my little one was intent on watching all the fun through the window. They took the time to stop, smile and wave to him any chance they could! Warmed my heart and made him happy. At the end of the day, our expectations were exceeded. The deck is stunning beyond belief. We have enjoyed it multiple nights in a row, taking in its beautiful details. He helped my wife and I scope out the project and listened to what we wanted and how we wanted to use the space. His suggestions were thoughtful and the end product turned out just as we had envisioned. There was no pressure during the process and he took all the time we needed to answer questions. His crew worked incredibly hard every day they were here, and you could tell they took pride in their work, focused on little details I couldn’t even envision, and had fun while doing it. "We are so happy with our newly expanded patio. Best Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the design, planning, and installation of our patio, as well as a drainage system to stop flooding in our backyard. The contractors always showed up on time, and left the job site clean at the end of the day. From the start of the project, everything went very smoothly. I was given a very competitive estimate, and the company was always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The owner, Abel, was wonderful. He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When it turned out that we were going to have to make some additional changes, the change in pricing was very fair. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. Since the french drain installation, we have had no problems with runoff and flooding. Can't say enough positive things about Best Lansdcaping - 5 star high quality construction and 5 star communication and customer service!"

"I signed a contract in January 2016 with First Impressions Hardscapes to extend my patio this year.  The work was  done in March In setting up the frame they drove a stake in the ground and broke a pipe in our underground sprinkler system.  When the  technician from the sprinkler system can to turn on our sprinkler they noticed that one area was not working.  Upon investigation they discovered that the pipe was broken. I called First Impressions Hardscapes and advised them of what had happened when their people came to extend our patio.We took pictures of the broken pipe and sent it to First Impressions Hardscapes along with a copy of the bill I received from the sprinkler company.

In May I contacted First Impressions Hardscapes but there was no response.  I contacted them again in early June and still no response. 

On June 21st I again contacted the representative of First Impressions Hardscapes and was told the request would be passed on to the billing department.  The company, in my opinion was refusing to reimburse me for the damage they incurred until I advised them that I was going to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List.  I received an email on June 22 stating that they would pay for the damage.  To date I have not received payment.  I will not recommend then to anyone.

"Contractor did excellent work. Asked before any needed change was done. Over the several days it took to complete re-decking the surface and replacing the stairs , when finished for the day he removed all of the debris from each day so none was accumulated in the yard."
