"Karel and his carpenter Lenny did a wonderful job. After removing the old deck boards and fascia they discovered the existing beam and outer framing joists needed to be replaced. They did all the work in a professional and quality manner. In addition Karel recommended a patio contractor who installed a new patio adjacent to the deck creating a new outdoor entertainment area for us. Karel was easy to work with and it was obvious he took great pride in his work."

"FAMB called and I told the owner what needed done. They knew just what to do after that. Gave me an estimate on one day, started the job the next day and completed. Cleaned up nicely everything pretaining to the fence even cut down a Bush that was in the way that grew there over time. The owner does quality work he and his helper. The replacement of my fence is awesome. Love looking out my back now. Highly recommend his service. Professional in his line of work. Nice and courteous to his customer. "I’d definitely recommend Fence and Deck in the future. Our experience was great from the initial proposal visit to completion of the project. Although your company was very busy, Fence and Deck met each schedule milestone and completed the work on time. I appreciated the visit by the job foreman who talked me through each step of the job and worked with me on the final configuration. On construction day the crew showed up on time, removed the old fencing, completed the new fence, and cleaned up bits and pieces of debris before leaving. We are very satisfied with the work and the neighbors are happy too."

"We originally hired Diaz Painting to paint several rooms in our home. This included a Livingroom and hallway with wall paint that we provided, two upstairs rooms and a bathroom. The bathroom needed plasterboard work. They also painted the banister from the first to the second floor and secured it so that it no longer wobbled. Their work was excellent. They were careful to detail the ceiling molding in the Livingroom and all floor molding. They arrived on time, covered all the furniture, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Diaz was easy to work with, they worked with our schedule, and took our delays in stride. Their work was exceptional. I highly recommend them."

"Kurt was easy to reach via email or telephone. Apprised us of his approach to stripping our deck of its horrible paint coating and was upfront of the general cost during his first visit. He did need to be reminded to provide a specific contract upfront.
