"Abel and his crew did outstanding work, and during every step of the process Abel was attentive and knowledgeable. When we set up the estimate, Abel gave a window for the appointment, called when he was close by, and arrived towards the beginning of that window. I had drawn up a sketch with dimensions of what I wanted the patio to look like. He marked the outline of the patio for us so that we could get a sense of the scale, and after asking us a few questions he took more precise measurements. Before he left he gave us an estimate and answered our remaining questions. He sent us a formal proposal a few days later. We got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with Abel primarily because of the positive interactions we had with him. His price was also very competitive. As soon as we signed a contract, Abel got us on the schedule and started work within a few weeks. His team did a great job and were efficient with their work. Thanks to the dry weather, they finished the project within a week. We knew that some lawn damage was unavoidable given the required machinery for the work, and once the work was completed, Abel’s crew reseeded/fertilized the parts of the lawn that were impacted. They even reseeded some bald spots that they were not responsible for. Throughout the week, Abel regularly checked in with us, and he was quick to remedy a few minor things that we brought up at the end of the project. We love our new patio and steps, and are very grateful to Abel and his team for their dedicated and superior work.
