"I contacted Brothers Pavers for an estimate to upgrade my patio. Jose came out and did some measurements, asked a few questions and I received a written quote within 24/48 hours. The quote was a little more than I was looking to spend, so Jose came back out a few days later to discuss the project and I adjusted the scope of work to reduce costs. Let me just say, the process from beginning to end has been nothing but pleasant. I was informed every step of the way. David let me know when the materials were ordered and placed me on the schedule when my materials came in early, Jose and his crew were able to start the job earlier than anticipated. These guys were fast and efficient, they cleaned up after themselves and the finished product looks like a work of art. Seriously... my new patio is absolutely gorgeous. The team of Jose went above and beyond and even did extra things like burying my drain downspout and curving the edges of the patio border so the new patio flowed with my existing pergola. "We had an excellent experience working with Mike Erickson and his team from DC Patio. They removed the old concreate patio at the back of our house and installed a new large flagstone patio. They installed a new front stoop and a new front walkway. They performed a new drainage installation. They installed new footings for the deck posts and added decorative gravel under the deck area. They improved the back lawn grading. The quality of job is great. We highly recommend Mike and his team."

"Wonderful experience!! This is the second time we have used Maryland Decking and Kyle Funk as our salesperson; they came in on budget for our project and in the time frame that we needed. Kyle is great, but we had a couple questions regarding the placement during installation, so he showed up day of installation with shovel in hand. They want things to be as right as we did, which is refreshing. GREAT customer service! The project consisted of extended a patio that we had done by them a few years ago, you would never know that it wasn’t original, blends perfectly and the crew couldn’t have been better, they worked hard and when we asked a question they stopped to listen and then gave us the answer without being annoyed. Left the site neat and clean too. Hard to find good workers, with good customer service while staying in budget and on time with a great salesperson on top of it! "Years ago, when our patio was installed, the contractor did not completely tie in one of the pavers. The Ballard team came in and assessed the situation, repaired not only that paver, but tightened up all of the pavers along the perimeter of our patio. That thing isn't going anywhere any time soon! The team arrived when expected, did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, and left me very pleased with the end results."

"We had a flagstone patio done by First Impression and are very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. 
The person we worked with mainly, Dustin, was extremely helpful. He explained the pros and cons of different materials and drew up a design for the patio based on our conversation about what I wanted. Dustin was also very responsive by email when we had questions.
Our work was scheduled for 6-8 weeks after we had confirmed we wanted to contract with First Impressions since they had several jobs booked before us, but once they started, they completed it in 3 days as promised. The workmanship is truly excellent, we're very happy with the final product. A couple of the stones had tool marks on them and when I mentioned it they had someone come out a couple days later to replace the defective stones. One of the stones that they replaced was not quite flush and they fixed that too.
They also put in some steppers leading to our fence and a concrete pad for a shed, both of which turned out perfectly. We ended up paying exactly the estimate and were very happy that there weren't any hidden costs. 
Overall, we had a very good experience and I highly recommend them.
