"Inspection was very extensive inside and out. Various cracks in the flue as well as the bricks. The technician ( Drew) was very professional with the explanation of the extent of the damage. I agreed to have it taken care of inside and out. Made the appointment. Each day the tech would call to alert me with arrival time. They (Drew, Wayne & Harry) removed the old flue and the firebrick in the fireplace. Replaced with new brick and a stainless steel liner.
