"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "Jeff came to give us cost estimate for fixing our basement leaking issue. He was one of most knowledgeable professional I ever meet during my initial move in to new house. He explained why it is leaking and what we can do about it in very detailed logical explanation with clear diagrams to assist my understanding.
